How it all began

Our story begins three years ago, at a time when digital transformation was still starting to gain momentum. Our first event was born out of a simple yet powerful idea: bringing together industry leaders to explore, debate, and redefine service management.

In our premiere event, for instance, Brigitte Falk addressed why digital transformation projects often fail and explored how businesses can overcome these challenges by empowering employees and understanding customer needs.

Since then, we've expanded our focus to embrace the power of automation and the strategic potential of AI.
