Efecte Academy, at your service
Thorough training is essential for ensuring that your onboarding with Efecte’s solutions runs smoothly.
With Efecte Academy you're in good hands - we have trained skilled and satisfied administrators for Efecte solutions. In 2022 our training NPS score reached 72, with 75% of participants stating them as excellent.
We offer both public training sessions and training sessions tailored to your organization’s needs, usage, administration, and development. The public training courses concentrate on Efecte solutions, and how best to utilize them.
German and English public trainings are held online via Microsoft Teams. Public trainings in Finnish are held as classroom trainings at Säteri, Espoo.

Administering Efecte Service Management
Course for Efecte Service Management (ESM) Administrators
Price per person: €1,500
Available in English, Finnish and German
The Administering Efecte Service Management course will provide you the knowledge and skills required in the everyday management of ESM. To attend the course, you need to have completed user training during implementation and/or have user experience of the system.
Participants will take the ESM Certification Test.
Administering Efecte Self-Service
Course for Efecte Self-Service (ESS) Administrators
Price per person: €1,100
Available in English, Finnish and German
The Administering Efecte Self-Service course covers ESS administrator’s tasks. The course is intended for those administrators who maintain the service catalogue and ESS settings.
Participants will take the ESS Certification Test.
Designing Visual Workflow Automation
Course for Efecte Service Management (ESM) Administrators
Price per person: €1,100
Available in English, Finnish and German
This course gives an introduction to Visual Workflow Automation (VWA) and provides information and skills required to manage existing workflows and create new ones. To attend the course, you need to have completed Administering Efecte Service Management course.
Advanced Administering Efecte Service Management
Advanced course for Efecte Service Management (ESM) Administrators
Price per person: €2,000
Available in English and Finnish
The Advanced Administering course is intended for certified ESM administrators who want to deepen their knowledge of configuration management. This course will provide you tips for troubleshooting and maintenance, knowledge on how to define Elevated User Permissions, create Listeners, manage Handlers, and more.
Course is led by Efecte Senior Consultant or Solution Architect.
Courses available on request
We customize training sessions based on your needs, in which case the training with all its handouts and materials can be tailored to your defined situation. Customer-specific training can include, for example, end-user training or train-the-trainer training. All tailored training sessions are available in Finnish and English and can be held either at the customer site, or online.

Efecte Chat for Service Management
The course for agents is an introduction to rule based Efecte Chat and provides information and skills required on handling request from customer via chat. The course for administrators provides information and skills required on creating and managing Efecte Chat configuration, using different tools, InteliWISE, ESS admin and ESM admin tools.
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
Solution introduction to the Efecte IGA solution. IGA admin training guides IGA Administrators to manage all the needed actions that are required in their daily work with Efecte IGA solution.
Efecte Service Management (ESM) Reporting
ESM user course, 3 hours.
The course is intended for ESM users and admins who want to use the data saved in the Efecte system to create views and reports.
Using Efecte Service Management (ESM)
ESM user course, 3 hours.
The course is intended for new ESM users or users who need a knowledge refresh. This course will provide an overview of the possibilities of the user interface, and teach the knowledge and skills needed for everyday use. After the course you will be able to manage data cards and create custom views. We strongly recommend this to all our new customers.
Managing Services in Efecte Self-Service (ESS)
Service owner course, 3 hours.
The course is intended for service owners who maintain the ESS service catalogue. This course provides the knowledge and skills needed for publishing services in ESS.
Efecte Service Management (ESM) Admin Refresher
ESM administrator refresher course, 1 day.
The course is intended for ESM administrators who want to update their knowledge of the latest version. A prerequisite for the course is the completion of the Administering ESM course or similar.
