Päivi Rekonen is an independent strategy advisor and professional board member. She has over 25 years of experience in technology as well as in banking and services. Ms. Rekonen is Chair of the Board of Directors of SEBA Bank AG in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors at Wipro Ltd, Konecranes Plc and WithSecure Plc. Ms. Rekonen was on the board of Efecte Plc from 2018-2023.
Her international career has been shaped by executive leadership roles in functions including technology, human resources, and consulting at global organizations such as Nokia, Cisco, Credit Suisse and UBS.
Päivi Rekonen is a native citizen of Finland, and she has lived in The UK, Netherlands, China and Singapore and currently lives in Zürich, Switzerland. Ms. Rekonen holds Masters degrees in Social Sciences, and Economics and Business Administration from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland.
