Espoo, October 27, 2020 - Brigitte Falk, member of the Efecte board of directors and CIO/COO of FORCAM, has been awarded the "CIO of the Decade 2020" recognition at an event organized by Confare and Ernest&Young.
More than 200 IT managers and CIOs from the DACH region were nominated and over 350,000 online voters decided the ranking.
The winners for the DACH region were officially announced on 20 October 2020 in Jumeirah Hotel Frankfurt Frankfurt/Main. Brigitte Falk has been awarded the recognition for Germany against 100 other nominees from mid-sized and big companies.
“CIO of the decade 2020” nominees include CIOs and IT managers who have moved, shaped, or changed industries in their function over the last ten years. The evaluation is based on an online voting process in which more than 350,000 votes were cast from the IT community.

She predicted that the future belongs above all to companies that align their products strictly to the wishes of their customers.
