München, 8. May 2019. Cloud software company Efecte has won Bechtle GmbH IT System House Hamburg as a customer and partner. Bechtle Hamburg will use Efecte’s Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution to digitize its internal processes. The company will also make Efecte‘s ESM platform available to its customers. Both companies are looking forward to working closely together in this distribution partnership.

In the future, Bechtle Hamburg wants to position itself even stronger as a digitization partner and support its customers in the restructuring of their service processes. Bechtle GmbH IT System House Hamburg will actively market the Efecte Service Management Solution as part of a price-for-action model: it bills each transaction. On the other hand, customers are getting better total cost of ownership (TCO) because they do not have to build or rebuild their own infrastructure, and they pay only for the services they use.
Automating routines and optimizing service delivery with Efecte
Bechtle Hamburg offers managed services either on-site at the customer or remotely. The ITIL-based service processes can in the future be mapped in the IT Service Management (ITSM) solution of Efecte and the compliance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) can be centrally monitored. Customer-specific self-service frontends serve as a modern gateway to various Bechtle Hamburg services, including service provisioning, hardware and software. Furthermore, the Efecte Service Management solution enables the automation of routine support tasks, which relieves pressure on the Bechtle IT Service Desk in Hamburg and frees up time to solve complex problems.
