Efecte nominates a new Chief Product Officer to drive customer-centric innovation

Espoo, March 5. 2021 - Efecte, the European alternative for cloud-based service management, is announcing changes in its management team. Starting March 1st Santeri Jussila is the new Chief Product Officer (CPO), responsible for leading Efecte's product management, vision and strategy. Previous Chief Product Officer Peter Schneider has assumed a new role as Chief Evangelist, providing insight on Enterprise Service Management industry trends and their benefits to mid-market enterprises.

 

For the past 14 years, Jussila has worked in various international management positions at Nokia and before that at Comptel. He brings with him considerable experience in the field of international product and customer experience development of tech industries. “It is great to have Santeri on our team, as we further strengthen our position as the European ITSM alternative,” says Niilo Fredrikson, CEO of Efecte.
