Espoo, June 23. 2021 - Participants of Efecte’s classroom training courses have always given great feedback about the courses. Great trainers, a friendly atmosphere, and solid learnings and takeaways have enabled our customers with skilled administrators for their Efecte solutions. Face-to-face training has been – and we believe it will continue to be – the most wanted form of training for administrators. However, we acknowledge the diverse needs that have arisen during the past year in many organizations and want to offer more alternatives and flexibility for learning.
Thorough training is essential for ensuring that your onboarding with Efecte’s solutions runs smoothly. Typically, solution administrators participate in one, two, or more all-day training courses. Now, there is an alternative: we are introducing a Digital Training Service. By purchasing the digital training service, you can familiarize yourself with Efecte’s solutions with video materials whenever it suits you and wherever you are. After the training, you can then test your knowledge by taking the Service Management certification exam. What is more – you can revisit the course and brush up on your skills, as the content is available for you throughout the subscription.
The first available courses are "Administering Service Management Tool" and "Administering Efecte Self-Service Portal".
In case your organization benefits from Efecte’s Premium Service level, the new Digital Training Service is already included in your service. New courses will be added to the digital training service during 2021.

Keeping up and refreshing your skills is important also after the launch of your solution. We want to help you utilize Efecte solutions efficiently. With this in mind, we have started to create short how-to instruction videos of Efecte solutions. The how-to -videos showcase both new and existing features that simplify administrators' daily work. The videos are published regularly in the Admin Tips area of the Efecte community and are free of charge. You can also subscribe and receive tips via email. If you are not a member of the Efecte Community yet, join now. It is our customer forum where you can discuss, ask questions and share best practices with other Efecte users. Moreover, it is a good source of information and documents for Efecte administrators.
