Effective immediately, Marcin Strzalkowski assumes the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), responsible for leading Efecte's marketing efforts on a global scale. In addition, Strzałkowski will continue to act as Country Manager for Efecte Poland. In his new role, Strzałkowski reports directly to CEO Niilo Fredrikson.
For the past 15 years, Strzałkowski has been focusing on developing AI and automation of customer service. Strzalkowski was the CEO and co-founder of Conversational AI company InteliWISE, founded in 2006 and acquired by Efecte in 2022. The acquisition added conversational AI to Efecte’s service management platform, enabling even more European customers to benefit from InteliWISE’s technology.
