Efecte continues its European strategy of expanding to new markets and is announcing a partnership with BT Bilgi in Turkey. Through the new partnership, customers have commercial access to the Efecte platform localized in the Turkish language for BT Bilgi's existing and new customers.
With the localized Efecte Service Management Platform, organizations can manage and automate any service in the company. These include classic IT service workflows and processes for human resources (HR), facility management, contract management, and many more. Customers can flexibly adapt the software to individual needs without programming knowledge.
BT Bilgi provides the Efecte Platform from a local data center so that customer data resides in Turkey. Customers can decide whether to operate the solution in BT Bilgi's cloud or their own data center as a private cloud.
