The subscription service for training videos contains the following courses: 

• Administering Efecte Service Management Tool
• Administering Efecte Self-Service Portal Administration

Videos cover the same content as our classroom training courses.

After taking the training, the participant is ready for the Efecte Certification test.

Personal license 789€ / year

Enterprise license 2149€ / year - can be used by three people from the same organization.

Subscription is valid for a fixed term and renews automatically. Please contact Efecte sales for more information.

The enterprise license is included in the Efecte Premium Support package and Efecte Partner agreements.

Note: This service is only available for customers with a valid user license for an Efecte product.
