Efecte Academy increases your organization’s ITSM knowledge. The experts from the Efecte Academy share information and their knowhow in public training sessions or in trainings tailored to your organization’s needs: usage, administration, development.

The public training courses concentrate on Efecte Edge products, and how to best utilize them. Additionally, we can develop your process knowhow (e.g. ITIL, SIAM, TOGAF, COBIT) in tailored trainings.

For advanced and partner organizations we offer special expert trainings on Efecte technologies and development.

Public Training Sessions

Courses are held at Efecte’s premises using the latest versions of our products. Access to Efecte’s training environment during the course, material handouts and catering are included in the course price. For more information about Efecte trainings, please send an email to training@efecte.com.

Customer-specific trainings

We tailor and customize training sessions based on your needs, in which case the training with all its handouts and materials is specifically targeted to your defined situation. Customer-specific trainings may include end user training for example. All tailored training sessions are available in Finnish and English, and can be held either at the customer site, or online. Administering Efecte Service Management, 2 days

Course for Efecte Service Management (ESM) Administrators, incl. ESM

Certification Test (9am-4pm)

Price per person: €1,600

The Administering Efecte Service Management course will provide you the knowledge and skills required in the everyday management of ESM. This course is intended for Efecte Service Management Administrators who manage ESM user rights, roles and licenses, and provide Views and Dashboards for various roles. To attend the course, you need to have completed user training during implementation and/or have user experience of the system. Participants will participate in the ESM Certification Test.

Efecte Service Management Version Refresh, 1 day

New Efecte Service Management version course for administrators

Price per person: €1,000

This course is intended for Efecte Service Management Administrators who want to update their administration skills to the level of the latest Efecte Service Management version’s features. Participation is also advisable if your company is planning a major Efecte Service Management version update or has just updated to the latest version. To attend this course, you will need to have completed the Administering Efecte Service Management or a similar course. Participants can participate in the ESM certification exam after the course.

Participants use their own workstation to log in training environment.
