If customer has no dedicated Efecte Administrator, they can select Efecte customer Administrator as an outsourced service delivered by Efecte. Efecte Administrator is available for customer on permanent basis. Administration work will be delivered both on-site and remotely.
This service is agreed separately according to environment and customer resource needs. It includes but is not limited to these example tasks:
- Weekly/daily administration work
- Efecte roadmap development and maintenance

Efecte Care services are separately subscribed value adding Efecte solution guidance, development and support services. These services are offered to build and maintain customer Efecte solution roadmap, guide customer Efecte administrators and assure customer functions, solution advisory and monitoring. Efecte Care services include support and administration sessions as agreed, faster minor development response times and solution advisory for standard tasks.

Efecte Buddy service is an expert service for customers that need short or longer term expertise for their Efecte implementation, maintenance or further development. Efecte offers trained Efecte Edge experts to work under customer steering and specification on continuous basis. Time scales and allocation are always agreed in advance. By default, this work is accomplished in customer premises.
