Integration within efecte

Tickets can be integrated by, for example:

  • Support group
  • Checkbox value

The integration will bring the Jira ID and status into Efecte, which can be matched to Efecte's status, or it can be in a separate field

  • Add a link to the Jira issue or a timestamp of the latest transaction

Comments can be in a separate field or combined with existing fields
