Efecte® Procurement
The Efecte Procurement solution provides information on all IT procurement requests and proposals. All completed orders will flow through the organization in accordance with the predefined process. Often a specific product and service catalogue is created for ease of ordering. It can be used both by the organization's staff and by third-party representatives, such as hardware suppliers.
The procurement process will become more efficient as the unnecessary multiple registering of order information is eliminated, and order process automation is supported by automatic e-mailed notifications and acceptance procedures. Significant benefits can be achieved when the procurement process is expanded to cover external parties such as hardware suppliers and financial company. Often third-party suppliers maintain the product and service catalogue data securely and directly through Efecte's interface. The Efecte solution also provides highly versatile reporting possibilities for all phases in the process.
Through combination of the Efecte Procurement solution with other Efecte products, order process management can be expanded from purchasing to cover also the implementation process for new hardware and software.
