SSAB focuses on improving their IT operations

SSAB has signed an agreement with ERP for IT® –solution provider Efecte. "The agreement involves a process of change for our IT organization, with objectives to both get a better overall picture of how IT applications and IT assets work together, but mostly to better meet business needs", explains Erik Leppänen, IT Director at SSAB Plate. Implementation of the solution has already begun in Borlänge and will be available for the entire SSAB Group.
Efecte’s ERP for IT -solution provides an overall picture of all IT resources, processes and assets. The solution offers ready-made ITIL operational models, and adapts easily to organization’s own processes. Already 300 companies and other organizations use Efecte's ERP for IT -solution in the other Nordic countries.
