Sampo Finance releases a new Financial Asset Management solution with Efecte

Finnish software company Efecte Corp and financing corporation Sampo Finance have started co-operation in fixed asset management. Efecte’s solution integrated in the leasing system of Sampo Finance enables more efficient management and reporting of fixed assets. The new service was commissioned in March.
”We want to offer our customers up-to-date financial and equipment information to make further organization development as easy as possible. Efecte’s solution proved very safe and flexible, which made it best suited as a part of our solution”, tells manager Arja Launonen from Sampo Finance.
The solution developed through co-operation is directed to companies with financed fixed assets. A server-based solution gives all those requiring information access to the organization’s equipment, cost center and contract information, irrespective of time and place.
”It is a challenge to manage financed fixed assets, since the contract and cost obligations are often handled by different units. Reporting requires up-to-date information. The service developed now transfers the financed equipment information into the system automatically, which makes the task easier for the customer and saves time. In addition to this the automatic contract and invoice alarms can be directed to the correct persons”, Launonen continues.
”Our goal was to create a safe, easy-to-use and versatile service for the management of fixed assets for their entire lifecycle. The information is easy to update and invoice approving can be centralized in the same service. Versatile reporting combined with the customer’s cost center, person and contract information give a wide view to the fixed asset environment. It also enables a flexible reporting to senior and financial management”, Efecte’s Country Manager Juha Berghäll says.
