OP Bank Group chose Efecte® IT Asset Management

The solution enables efficient IT service production within IT administration.
The IT Asset Management solution was implemented in record time, four months.
In that time entire asset base of OP Group – 11 000 workstations and all software licenses – were invented and managed in one single system. The dependencies between resources are presented logically and all kinds of reports are easy to produce, e.g. work stations, licenses and cost centre). IT Asset information is further imported to SAP R/3 system for invoicing purposes per cost centre.
