Mandator New Distributor for Efecte in Sweden

Listed IT consulting company, Mandator, has been named the first distributor of Efecte IT Operations Management solutions in Sweden.
“At a time when more and more company IT departments are becoming pure service functions, this agreement represents a breakthrough for the launch of Efecte solutions in Sweden,” says Marko Ruusinen, Head of Swedish Operations.
The partnership will be further consolidated via a framework agreement whereby Efecte will be able to employ Mandator as a subcontractor for systems integration solutions and consulting services for its 250 clients in the Nordic countries.
“The agreements with Mandator confirm increasing demand for optimized IT operations and show how strong and competitive our own products are,” states Marko Ruusinen. “This is an important step on the road to our goal of becoming the leading supplier of IT Operations Management software solutions in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region by the end of 2007/2008.”
He further adds, “Efecte applications deliver user-friendly and flexible, ITIL compliant solutions for optimizing and further developing IT operations. In combination with Mandator’s extensive experience of SOX and IT process consulting, we will be a strategic addition to their organization.”
Originally a Finnish company based in Helsinki, Efecte launched its Swedish organization in 2005. In February 2007, the company announced a cooperation agreement with international consultants, Deloitte. The operating model employed provides IT operations in medium and large organizations with an efficient method of managing and developing IT services and linking them more closely to business goals.
