Efecte solution boosts Manpower Business Solutions services

Efecte, a leading Nordic IT asset and IT service management solution provider, has delivered to Manpower Business Solutions a centralized solution for the production and organization of its support services. The solution is based on processes compatible with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) operating models.
The solution delivered by Efecte enables Manpower Business Solutions Oy (MBS) to centrally manage job control related to the production and outsourcing of its support services. The solution uses the ITIL based processes Configuration Management (CMDB), Service Process Management (SPM) and Service Level Management (SLM). The solution provides job control, information management in accordance with ITIL models, monitoring of service production costs, and comprehensive reporting.
“As a foundation for our business we needed a versatile job control system that could be expanded according to our customers' needs and would enable both monitoring of quality and development of our services. The Efecte solution has enabled us to consolidate management of the job control process in a single system, which has improved the effectiveness of our operations,” says MBS Managing Director Kristoffer Ekman.
