Efecte and Centennial Software Announce Partnership
- Efecte to expand its solution portfolio with Centennial inventory technology

Efecte Corp., a Nordic developer of IT management solutions, has signed a partnership agreement with a leading network inventory developer, Centennial Software. As a result, Efecte will include Centennial’s inventory technology, Discovery, as a part of it’s IT operations management offering.
Under the agreement, Efecte will become certified to sell and support the Centennial Discovery inventory solution across Europe.
"The objective of business management is to make sure that the technology supporting critical business processes can be managed efficiently. A prerequisite for this is a continuous flow of up-to-date information on the status, costs, and relationships of the IT assets. This is the only way to ensure that data management risks are minimised and to guarantee the continuity of business operations”, said Kristian Jaakkola, CEO at Efecte.
Centennial Discovery will enable Efecte to offer a centralised solution that tracks all PCs, workstations, network devices and software assets across the organization. The solution will also make it possible to monitor software use and inventory Windows-based mobile devices. The data collected by Discovery technology will be automatically imported into Efecte's IT management system, allowing effortless reporting.

More than 250 companies and organisations in the Nordic countries now rely on Efecte's solutions. The first Efecte projects making use of Centennial technology will be concluded during the year 2007.
