Deloitte and Efecte to co-operate in the development of IT management in organizations

International consultant firm, Deloitte, and the leading Nordic provider of IT Asset & Service Management solutions, Efecte Corp., have entered a partnership in order to improve information management. The resulting, new operating model provides IT administration units in medium-sized and large organizations with an effective way to manage and develop their IT services to bring them more into line with business goals.
The overall solution resulting from the co-operation between Deloitte and Efecte provides the client with a flexible IT management development project covering all phases from planning to the implementation of solutions and new processes. Having reliable partners and one common project ensure quick results and cost savings, due to improved IT services and increased cost-effectiveness. In order to support development work, it is possible to utilize the best practices in the field, such as those in accordance with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).
The solution enables improved IT management
With regard to this co-operation, Deloitte is responsible for the planning and implementation of information management processes, while Efecte provides the corresponding software solutions. Co-operation has begun successfully, and the first projects have already been completed.
