Liisa Rauhala works at Efecte as its Communications Manager. She took up her position at Efecte in September 2004, some years after her graduation as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertisement and Corporate Communications.
"I needed new challenges, especially in marketing. Efecte had a promising vacancy and the company also seemed interesting. I began with marketing but, as the years have gone by, my tasks have diversified further into communications and brand management."
Liisa’s current job suits her, just as Efecte’s solutions suit information management: "Days go swiftly by in the midst of various development projects, marketing communications and other communication tasks. As we are an international organization, I often interact with our companies in other countries, mostly in communication related matters. There are no dull days and this job gives me plenty of interesting challenges!"

Horses play a major part in Liisa’s free time. She also enjoys tennis, and plans to read the piles of books awaiting her at home and to finish her everlasting interior decorating project.
