Johannes gives 100 percent

Johannes Niemi joined the Efecte sales team during the autumn of 2005, coming from a sales company that was the outcome of outsourcing by a Finnish operator. Efecte’s key lures were its good reputation, its increasingly international, dynamic and youthful atmosphere, and the competitive benefits offered by the company. Johannes was also interested in process technologies – comprehensive solutions truly aiding customers in the development of their business operations.

His faithful Mondeo needed to be replaced with a newer car, since the kilometers it clocked up kept mounting wildly. Sometimes, working days tend to be longish, but on the other hand, the company shows flexibility towards its employees.

Johannes’ days may seem uniform, but his work is very varied. "A broad customer base is essential. I must admit that Efecte’s good reputation and excellent products facilitate my job. It is always a bit easier if you occupy the market leader position."

At home, ‘the girls’ are waiting, i.e. his wife and young daughter. During the winter, he spends any free time engaged in various sporting activities, but during the summer, he prefers to spend his leisure time spin fishing at sea.
