Teemu Lyytinen has been working at Efecte for about three years. He ended up at Efecte thanks to a tip from a friend. A vacancy had just opened at Efecte Technical Service Desk, perfect for a fresh Bachelor of Business Administration in IT.
After working one year at the Service Desk, Teemu needed new challenges – and that’s what he was offered.

Teemu has now worked for two years as a Consultant, and for him, there is no such thing as a typical day.
"On Mondays we usually come into the office. This represents a chance to talk with our coworkers, take care of office work and organize internal meetings. The rest of the week is spent at the customers’ premises, on various interesting projects."
Despite the demanding side of his job, Teemu enjoys being a consultant. The job’s advantages include independence and freedom in terms of working methods.
When Teemu started at Efecte, the company employed just under 20 persons. Although the number of employees has since risen from twenty to sixty, the atmosphere has remained relaxed and the community spirit has been further reinforced. Even when off work, Teemu spends time with many of his coworkers. For example, he plays for an Efecte floorball team and every now and then they meet with a larger group for an evening out together.
