Efecte Education services include general training sessions for Efecte customers and customer specific training services. General trainings have extensive education offering. The focus is on using and maintaining Efecte solutions. Customer specific trainings are available upon signed agreement.

Using Efecte
Basic course for Efecte users – 3 hours
During this course, you will learn how to use the user interface and the reporting tools efficiently, to assist you in your own work. The Using Efecte course is intended for people who have not used Efecte previously, or who have only used it to a small extent.
Administering Efecte
Basic course for Efecte administrators - 2 days
The Administering Efecte course will provide you with the knowhow required in everyday Efecte solution management. The course is intended for those Efecte administrators who manage Efecte user rights and modify the Efecte solution's data content. To attend, you need to have completed the user training arranged during the implementation project, or the Using Efecte course.
Managing the Efecte System
Efecte technical environment maintenance course - 1 day
Using the knowhow gained from the Managing Efecte System course, you can maintain and update the technical installation environment of your company's Efecte solution. The course is intended for people in charge of maintaining the Efecte technical installation environment.
Administering Efecte Advanced
Advanced course for Efecte administrators - 2 days
Using the knowhow gained at the Administering Efecte Advanced course, you can expand the possibilities of Efecte usage in your organization, and improve your existing Efecte solution. Administering Efecte Advanced course is for Efecte administrators who wish to cultivate their Efecte knowhow. To attend the course, you need to have completed the Administering Efecte (or similar) course.
Efecte Version Refresh
New Efecte version training - 3 hours
With the knowhow gained at the Efecte Version Refresh course, you will be able to use the new Efecte version efficiently and inform your company’s other Efecte users of the changes that the new version brings. The course is intended for Efecte Administrators, who wish to update their administration skills to the level of the latest Efecte version's features or when the company is planning a major Efecte version update or has just updated the latest Efecte version. To attend the course, you are required to have at least completed the Administering Efecte (or similar) course.
