Our mission statement "We simplify employees' daily work by automating Service Management processes" captures the essence of what we do, and describes the core of our strategy.

Our products are designed to enable the full range of internal services to customers' employees, and automate the service management processes behind those services. We are working with our partners to ensure that our customers have the best solutions in Self-Service and Service Management.
