The first glimpse of visuals!

Last week we had a workshop at Idean premises. In the workshop, the first wireframes were reviewed by real Efecte ITSM users. Some changes were made based on the feedback and new ideas were given to the development team to be considered for future development.

The development team has started building the architecture needed for the new user interface. There is a lot of hard work to be done, but the team is both skilled and motivated, so I’m really looking forward to the spring!

So, here are the latest drafts with some visuals. And like always, these are not final and changes will be made. Feel free to comment!

    Hi Henri,

    thanks for the update.

    How have you arranged/thought sorting in the table report? I recall that quite vital feature and often used feature.

    Hi Marko,

    That’s a good point, the sorting ‘arrow’ icon seems to be missing from this version of the drafts. Sorting as a feature will definitely be there and it will function like the current sorting functionality. So you are able to sort the results shown in the table view based on any suitable field by clicking the table header.
