During the last couple of months, we’ve been interviewing our customers. You have had a lot to say and especially one comment stood out: “Your user interface is old school”. When interviewed we saw that you clearly have understood the strengths of Efecte but you didn’t think the user interface is quite up to date. And to be honest, it isn’t.
Now we are doing something about it. We have started a project called “Efecte Refresh”. In this project our goal is not just polish the look & feel of Efecte, but to also bring in something that will make the daily life of the users easier. I know it’s not an easy task. I know we are building up expectations, but we want to set our standards high. We want every single customer to see, that we are investing heavily in the product and we have really put some effort into taking Efecte to the next level.
We also want to do something else. We want to be a little more open and a little bit closer to our customers. What we need to do is we need to know what is happening in your world? What are your biggest challenges and what trends are affecting your life? We cannot do that without listening to you. This is the only way we can learn how to make better products for you.
These blog posts are a small step towards being more open. They give you the possibility to see what’s going on and what we are working on right now. We will keep on posting about our progress. So you will hear more about our plans and have a chance to give your feedback.
Stay tuned, the next post is out in a week or two!

Great stuff Henri! It would be nice to see something as soon as possible. Or to take part in beta program or similar.
You will see more soon, I can promise that. Some drafts of the new user interface for example. All of the material I will show is subject to change, but that’s kind of the idea.
Details of Beta programs are not decided yet, but we can talk more about that.
